Frequently Asked Questions

Who should attend?

This Summit will have tracks with information suitable for the Executive Pastor, Database Admins, CFO/Finance Team, Developers, Ministry Front Lines (children’s/missions/small groups/congregational care), Communications Teams, and those who are New To TouchPoint.

Tell me more about this bus service!

The buses will provide transportation service between the church and hotels listed above. The buses will do pickups from the hotels Tuesday through Thursday and transport guests to the church for the day’s sessions. The buses will return to the hotels Tuesday afternoon, then transport guests to the Welcome Dinner, and finally back to the hotels. On Wednesday afternoon, the buses will take guests to the hotels, then to our evening activities, and then to the hotels. On Thursday afternoon, the buses will provide transportation to Northwest Arkansas National Airport after all sessions conclude. There is no additional cost for taking advantage of the bus service. Buses will depart at scheduled times (times will be announced as the agenda unfolds). Important note: there is limited seating on the buses. Please select the bus options you will need at the time of registering.

What does the base ticket price include?

The base ticket price includes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday sessions, all meals at the church, transportation as specified in the “Tell me more about this bus service” question above, and Wednesday evening’s activities.

When do I need to arrive?

Our event kicks off Tuesday morning at 10:00am. You may fly/drive in the night before or Tuesday morning. Our hotel blocks include Monday evening.

What airport do you recommend?

What is the dress code?

People in the past have worn a range from business casual to smart casual clothing. Blue jeans are appropriate — whatever will make you feel comfortable and ready to engage.

All after-hours events are also casual, so whatever you plan for the day will be suitable for evening activities. Please keep in mind that some evening activities will be outdoors.

What do I need to know about food?

Each morning, breakfast is provided by your hotel. Each one offers a complimentary breakfast. We will provide lunch and snacks all three days. Our Tuesday Welcome Dinner will be held at the end of the first day. Wednesday evening offers free time for dinner. You may choose to grab dinner with your team or others from the event.

Is it possible to pay separately for the Welcome Dinner?

Yes, we are able to accommodate separate payment options if you need to pay for the Welcome Dinner using a different credit card. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Where should my team and I stay?

Please check the Accommodations section above. We have hotel blocks with four great hotels!

Will there be a place to store our luggage?

Yes! If you decide to come directly to Cross Church Tuesday morning, we will have a room reserved for luggage. We will also have a space reserved for luggage on Thursday.

I’m trying to register, but TouchPoint doesn’t recognize my credentials.

While Summit registrations are occurring inside of TouchPoint, the Summit database is not tied to any other church’s database. It will not recognize your login credentials (unless you have registered previously), and you will need to create an account if you would like to have one inside of the Summit database.
